Jodi Taylor is bound in handcuffs and given a crotch rope of unforgiving steel attached to a heavy metal ball and paraded down a public street. Sticky pads with remote controlled electricity are added to the backs of her thighs causing her to yelp and squirm uncontrollably while the public watches.
